Delivery
At Hospital Tracks, we provide prompt and reliable nationwide delivery for all curtain and track systems, ensuring your healthcare facility receives the equipment it needs on time.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the quantity and type of items in your order. For urgent requests or large-scale projects, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and timelines.
We ship your order using DX or FedEx on a Next Working Day delivery service. Your items will arrive between 9am and 5pm, and we require a signature upon delivery. If you have any special instructions, please include them when placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
If your package or items arrive damaged, please sign for it as “damaged” with the courier. This step is essential for us to address the issue with the delivery provider. If not signed for as damaged, we will consider the items delivered in good condition.

If you’re working towards a specific deadline or require delivery sooner than our standard lead time, get in touch with us before placing your order. While we always strive to meet your schedule, the delivery timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
